Pizza Friends!
Dearest Pizza Friends. Hello and Happy Friday.
Today will be my last Pizza Every Friday post. When I started this newsletter 18 months ago, there was no end date in mind. I created it to have a space to further explore the recipes and techniques I shared in Pizza Night: from making dough to cooking pizza to pairing pies with complementary salads to simple desserts and more.
And I’m so glad I did because I’ve loved connecting with you — such passionate pizza people! — and I’ve learned and discovered new things — new flours, new dough recipes, new condiments — thanks to your comments, suggestions, and questions.
And while I feel there is no end to the pizza-related topics we could continue to discuss and explore, it’s time for me to get back to focusing on the blog: in recent months, I’ve felt stretched a little too thin trying to manage both the blog and this newsletter.
Thank you for reading along for all of these months, and thank you for supporting Pizza Night, which somehow has been out for over a year. To all paid subscribers, as you know, your subscription $$ went to good causes:
