Today I have a springy salad to share with you, despite how un-springy it feels here in Upstate New York. Your salad looks delicious and decidedly more healthy than my own "shaved asparagus" meal I prepared tonight: shaved asparagus and fettuccine tossed in a homemade ramp and walnut pesto. Asparagus really is one of the best ways to usher in spring. Cheers!

I made this salad on Friday, a delicious complement to my cauliflower/green olive/ garlic/chile/gruyere pizza. And, yes of course I’ve preordered your pizza book, and a second one for my sister (won’t she be surprised 😊!) Thank you for all the great ideas and recipes!
