Hello and thank you for the kind mention! The dip looks fantastic and right up my alley with all those assertive flavors plus the cool contrast of the yogurt. Must try.
That dip looks delicious, I will make it tomorrow. I'm wondering what pan use you for things other than pizza in your pizza oven. I have an Omni Koda 16 and I'm looking for a pan larger than the pans Oonie offers. Pans that can survive the heat all have two handles that take up too much space or a long handle that prevents me from turning the pan for even cooking. I'd like to expand the use of my pizza oven. Thank you
They are not large, however, and I too am in the market for the right size pan for the space. I have also used quarter sheet pans with success. I will continue to keep my eyes peeled and will report back when I find something I love!
Oh that looks so yum! It reminds me of the time I sent my husband shopping, big mistake! I asked for a particular brand of olives and he decided that it was better to buy a kilo jar of some other brand which wasn’t much different in price, but of course the quality wasn’t the same, so off I went and made several lots of olive tapenade over the course of that big jar!
My husband loves olives, but I don't often buy them for fear they will go to waste. I will have to try this recipe and maybe this time we'll get through our olives before we forget them in the back of the fridge. Thank you!

Ooooh! Crushed olive dip would also pair nicely with a fresh sheet of herbed focaccia bread. Yum!
I made mine with a zaatar focaccia bread. The flavors mended so well together!
That sounds so good April!!
100 percent!!
I think labneh would be delicious with the olive mixture.
100%!

Such a great question. I've been using these sizzle pans: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/sizzler-8x11-5-aluminum/471ALMSZ11.html

🤣 Olive tapenade is a great outlet for masses of unwanted olives!! Nice work.
The dip looks heavenly!! I can't wait to make it!
Hi Alexandra I got the Omni Koda 16 pizza oven can't wait to try it.
I preordered your book and I believe it came with a zoom video. I can't seem to find that e-mail.
Please resend if possible. Thank you, Veronika
Here it is! https://youtu.be/UV8kLmI5d6o
And thank you :)
I’m putting my grocery list together to make this tomorrow! I’m thinking of using slivered almonds in place of the pine nuts. Any reason not to?
Delicious! Go for it :)
Mouth is watering! Coming soon chez moi!
I am making this today! Just perfect 👍🏻
This sounds awesome! Thank you!
100% making this ASAP.
