This salad is a game changer. Everyone loved it. I will be coming up with different dressing/topping combos so the family doesn't get bored. Still I am going to give the dressing a permanent home in my fridge. It's stupid easy and crazy delicious plus tastes like a complicated recipe. I didn't have white balsamic so I used a honey viognier vinegar and a splash of white wine vinegar to cut the sweetness. Other than that, followed to a tee--three times. Thank you!!!

I love your romanesco salad from pizza night! This is how I pickle my capsicums (peppers). It’s so easy and definitely no fuss!
